Three Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients:
1 to 1 ½  pounds of ground beef
3 cloves of minced garlic (or 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder)
2 Jars of Prego brand Spaghetti Sauce (I like Roasted Garlic or Garlic Supreme)
8 ounces of Lasagna noodles
15 ounces of Ricotta Cheese
24 - 32 ounces of Mozzarella Cheese
½  cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste


In a skillet:
Brown the garlic and ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Put back in skillet and add 1 ½ jars Prego sauce and heat till hot.  Set aside.
In a pan bring to boil water for noodles. Add a dash of salt to the water this will bring it to a rapid boil. Add noodles and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Drain and lay the noodles out on wax paper or foil so they do not stick together.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a 10 X 13 pan add the 1/2 jar of unused Prego and smooth around the bottom evenly. Layer ingredients in the following order: Noodles, 1/2 of the container of Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Sauce, Parmesan.  Repeat with noodles, remainder of Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Sauce and finally top with Parmesan. Cover with foil and place on a cookie sheet (in case of drippings) Bake for approximately 1 hour. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.  Serve.
