Milk Marinated Chicken

Put the chicken you are going to marinate in a large bowl.  Pour milk over the chicken so it is slightly covering the chicken.  Cover and put in the refrigerator for 3 days.  After marinating in the milk for 3 days I cook the chicken on the grill and sprinkle with the following spices to both sides while cooking: Italian Seasoning, Lemon Pepper, Dash of Cayenne Pepper, Daddy Hinkles Southwest Seasoning and Garlic Powder.  Cook to doneness preferred.  Put in a dish with a lid or cover and lightly spread butter over the chicken. Allow to set and the butter to melt and then serve.  The milk breaks down the chicken and it is so tender you will not need a knife to cut it.
