Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients:

3 cups of large macaroni noodles

1 teaspoon of salt

16 ounces of Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

1 cup of shredded mild Cheddar Cheese

½ Cup mild Cheddar cheese mix with Monterey Jack

Approximately ¼ Cup milk

Pepper to taste

 

In an approximately 5 quart size pan bring water to rapid boil and add salt and macaroni. Cook until noodles are double in size and they are tender. Drain and put in a dish you can microwave. Add cheeses and stir. Cook macaroni in microwave for approximately 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. I usually set microwave for a minute and stir and repeat until the cheese is melted. You may add a little milk if you do not want it thick.
